Viewers might remember when the Franklin Park Conservatory became only the 2nd botanical garden in the world to host an exhibition by glass artist Dale Chihuly in 2003, breaking all attendance records at the Conservatory. Chihuly, who has been credited with revolutionizing the Studio Glass movement, has now taken his artwork to the desert.

Through his use of discarded materials to create site-specific installations, he aims to transform the city with creativity and provide a new perspective on its future.
