“I Screen, You Screen” at Rehab Tavern

Screen-printing is essentially a form of stenciling – a design created by pushing ink through a stencil made out of a woven mesh screen. As part of its annual Alternative Fashion Week celebration earlier this spring, the folks at Alternative Fashion Mob (including Kelli Martin from Project Runway Season 5) hosted a community event at Rehab Tavern in Franklinton to showcase some do-it-yourself screening techniques.  Broad & High host Audrey Hasson dropped in to test her talents at this somewhat messy design process.
