For fiber artist Donna Tronca, the ability to mix media with traditional art enables her to create beautiful kimonos from materials that are often discarded.

The Palmyra, Wisconsin resident has been experimenting with fusing plastic to fabric for five years after working in many other mediums such as painting, weaving, and photography.
