Billy Ireland Cartoon Museum

| November 13, 2013 | 0 Comments

The Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum, with its vast collections of original cartoons, has led the country in recognizing and promoting cartoons as important cultural artifacts. It will celebrate its grand opening on the campus of The Ohio State University November 14-17 and to recognize the achievement, Broad & High videographers have documented the process of creating the new stained glass windows that are the centerpiece of the reading room.

The artwork is a one-of-a-kind commission that artist Wayne Cain created based on Billy Ireland’s cartoons from The Passing Show, Ireland’s sketches of life in Columbus, Ohio.
