Columbus Arts Festival Emerging Artist
Eleven-year-old photographer Ashton Bushby talks about her images and the excitement about being named a 2013 Greater Columbus Arts Council (GCAC) Emerging Artist. Her work will be on display at the 2013 Columbus Arts Festival this June.
The Emerging Artist program is designed specifically for artists who have extremely limited or no experience exhibiting and selling their artwork at outdoor venues. This year there were 36 applications to this GCAC program and 11 artists were selected by the festival jurors.
The Columbus Arts Festival runs June 7-9, 2013.
