		<description><![CDATA[Young Adult fiction is rising fast.  When I was a teenager I had to make the leap between children&#039;s books straight to adult.  My mum spent hours scouring market stalls for adult books with children or young people in to help me bridge the gap.  Thanks to my mum I kept on reading and now write YA fiction.  I read some adult fiction but I love YA for the fast paced gritty stories which keep me turning those pages and eager to pick up the next book.]]></description>
