Wellness Wednesday: Youth Obesity, Flu Update, Fitness for Life
Compared to kids in 1960, today’s youth have different hair, similar glasses, and a lot more pounds. Youth obesity has tripled in the last 50 years, and we’ll discuss a new study showing patterns are set earlier in life than previously thought. We’ll also get the latest update on the flu, and learn how to stay fit for life.
