11:00

Media, be it radio, television or the magazines you buy at the grocery store, is the single greatest collective force shaping our culture and the norms that we come to embrace over time, and it is behind the collective message that tends to devalue women and girls and their abilities as leaders in politics and in the boardroom.

Guests

Julie Graber (CEO for The Institute on Women)

Amy Zucchero (Campaign Director for Missrepresentation.org)

Victoria Ungvarsky (high school student and volunteer at the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio)

Event

We are talking about the award winning documentary Miss Representation. The Women’s Fund will screen the film on Wednesday evening at the Arena Grand Theater. For more information about tickets click here.
