Court Upholds Same Sex Marriage Ban in Ohio

A month after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to rule on gay marriage, the issue is headed back its way again. Yesterday, the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel upheld laws against the practice in four states — Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky and Tennessee.
