Supernovae Reveal Accelerating Universe/Obama on Same-Sex Marriage



Last October, three U.S.-born scientists won the Nobel prize in physics for the discovery of the accelerating expansion of the universe through observations of distant supernovae. On this segment of “All Sides,” scientist Adam Riess, one of the winners, joins us to talk about the discovery, what it means going forward and the Nobel prize.
