We’ll also get the latest late summer recommendations from our critics.

  • Kassie Rose, WOSU book critic
  • Brad Pauquette, CEO of Columbus Press
  • Kevin Griffith, poet and professor of creative writing at Capital University

The Shoe-Burinin – Stories of Southern Soul features short stories, poems and essays by 21 authors and has a CD that features some of Nashville’s best songwriters and local favorite, Cliff Cody. The group tours with authors and songwriters and create a reading by the author and music by the songwriters. They have not been to Ohio yet but we are hoping for a show here.
