    Been pounding the IT circuit here for years, there has been one interview in 6 years. I really think there is a disconnect, in that, employers want a fast food meal with their new employees and don’t understand that working with people in absorbing them to their company is not even considered. I had years of computer skills before even getting a degree but even still, to no avail, they seem to thiink that some foreigner has some “extra” advantage since they are not american? Is education outside of this country really put on a pedestal?
