Obesity: A Global Pandemic
Obesity and overweight cause risks for a variety of major illnesses. According to the World Health Organization, there are more than one billion overweight adults across the globe. Of these billion people, 300 million are considered obese. The magnitude of the problem is growing by day, but what can we do to try to reverse it now?
