The UN estimates that 1 in 8 people suffers from malnutrition. A solution will likely involve a combination of technological, political and economic advancements.


By 2050, the world’s population is expected to jump from 7 billion to 9 billion. Feeding so many people will require agricultural innovations, distribution advancements and broad changes in public policy. This hour we’ll talk about the opportunities and challenges facing everyone who eats to live, and hear about OSU’s inter-disciplinary approach to food security.
