The Iowa floods of 2008, lasting almost a full month, caused damage across the entire state of Iowa. Most impacted, however, were the cities of Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. On this hour of “All Sides,” we’ll talk with the author of a memoir about the floods, as well as give updates on the recovery efforts in Cedar Rapids.
