Lifeguard Shortage at Local Pools/Local Mt. Everest Climber
Lifeguarding is a somewhat overlooked summer job for which kids over 15 can train and apply. But lifeguarding is a vital part of summer safety, as well as a vital aspect of the opening of summer public pools. On this segment, we’ll talk about the delayed opening of one local pool due to lack of lifeguards, as well as the importance, responsibility, and training of lifeguards for the community.
