These gift cards are often a go-to quick present for holidays and other celebrations. However, the way we're using them is rapidly changing as are the companies that sell and create them. We'll open the wrapping of these ubiquitous presents to see how they work.


How we use gift cards is changing— fast— and the 90-Billion-dollar business isn’t always about gifts at all.
