Writer Anne Lamott once said, “Not forgiving is like drinking rat poison and expecting the rat to die.” The new year means a fresh start, and this hour we’ll explore the virtue of forgiveness. We’ll discuss why it can feel so good to hold a grudge, but how forgiveness makes us stronger–and how we can forgive the unforgivable.
