Controversy at NPR; Documentary ‘May I Be Frank’
Secretly videotaped in a political sting, NPR’s senior vice-president for fundraising Ron Schiller criticized the tea party and said NPR would be better off without federal funding. NPR’s President Vivian Schiller disavowed his statements, and then resigned herself.
