    I recently moved back to Columbus after living in Seattle for a few years and this was a nice discussion of newer restaurants, many of which weren’t open when I left. However, at the end of the show, the Vietnamese noodle dish, pho, was mentioned. It’s one of my favorite dishes and is actually pronounced like fuh, not faux. I figured food critics would know that.
