Due to some clever maneuvering by lobbyists in the 1960′s, the NFL’s head office is classified as a non-profit organization. But the league’s revenues were more than $250 million in 2011, and all of that went untaxed.

We talked to Mother Jones reporter Andy Kroll (@AndrewKroll) about the tax exemption and a recent push for change.
